“I have a passion for helping others. I find it incredibly rewarding to empower others with the tools needed to help them get back to what they love sooner! I am most passionate about treating the core it’s so dynamic and many common ailments are a result of dysfunction in this area! Having had three children I was surprised at some of the changes my body went through during pregnancy and postpartum. I would have loved to have known I could help my body heal more efficiently by visiting a massage therapist.”
Kayle hails from the beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. Moving to Nova Scotia with her partner to start their family they now have three children together. She likes to spend her time with the family playing board games, visiting the beaches, camping and enjoying a warm fire. Her absolute favorite thing to do is curl up with a cozy blanket, cup of tea and get lost in a good book.
Graduating from the Canadian Collage and Massage and Hydro therapy. She started her career working in a multi discipline clinic. It has given her an opportunity to see how working collaboratively can help a client rehabilitate and heal from injury or other trauma. Kayle has training in cupping, pelvic health, as well as pregnancy, breast and infant massage.
